Annalee Henry and Frontline Financial made my dream to purchase my first home into a reality. From the first time I corresponded with Frontline, I knew that it was a different kind of company. I was in touch with numerous mortgage companies that could work with me on my VA loan in 2017.

It’s stressful and difficult enough trying to navigate the complexities of a first-time home purchase, but it’s even harder when mortgage companies are slow to respond or when they pass you around to different representatives each time you speak to them. I cannot say enough good things about my Senior Mortgage Advisor: Annalee Henry. She, along with her team, worked tirelessly to make sure that the home I wanted in Northern Virginia fit my budget. For the 5 months we worked together, Annalee showed me nothing but the utmost patience, respect, and care. She counseled me on the nuances of my personal circumstances (debt-to-income ratio, credit monitoring, etc.) She walked me through the overall home finance process and the conditions of the current housing market from the end of 2017 through the beginning of 2018 when interest rates were beginning to climb. This was so invaluable because Annalee was a very proactive advisor; she didn’t wait for conditions to turn and she helped me make the right decision at the right time so that it benefitted me financially. In other words, she made a really complicated and intimidating process completely manageable.

Frontline also worked with me through a sticky lending requirement with the developers of my new home. Initially, Winchester Homes required me to use their specific lender. However, I preferred Frontline because they knew my financial standing the best. Frontline stepped in for me and their process benefitted me more than Winchester’s own lender. I couldn’t have been happier!

I recommend that other veterans looking to use their VA Loan utilize Frontline Financial as well. Annalee and Frontline really went above and beyond for me! They treated me more than a client—they treated me like family.
